It's been said that 'breath is life.' And so, full range of motion of the respiratory mechanism is essential to whole body health and general wellness. This class addresses the respiratory diaphragm, bony thorax, (ribs, sternum, and thoracic spine), and related soft tissues impeding natural breathing.

Structural implications of scoliosis, mastectomy, breast augmentation, and scar tissue associated with post-surgical restrictions will be covered. Visceral restrictions inside the thoracic cavity will be discussed as well.
